Capstone projects are creations by our students to implement the concepts and skills learnt in classes to build new age products and solutions. We have 12 capstone projects as a part of our curriculum where the child will build projects like an interactive app, comic book, puzzle book, advertisement, virtual robot and many more.

If you wish to ask for a refund, you can place a request for cancellation via email at support@beyondskool.in.

We shall immediately investigate the concerns and put in our best efforts to provide the best solution for you and your child.

 In case you still feel like proceeding with the refund request, you can raise it during the refund window of 30 days from the date of enrollment and it will be processed on a pro-rata basis. Any refund requests raised after 30 days will not be issued.

The pro rate refund will be credited to your account in 45 days from the date of request.

 

Timings are completely flexible. You can pick your batch which is best suitable for your child. Early Years BeyondSkool Programme: We are available from 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 6pm (Mon-Sat) We have 4 classes in a week. Primary and Middle Years BeyondSkool Programme: We are available from 3pm to 8pm (Mon-Fri) and 11am to 8 pm on Saturdays. We have 3 classes a week for 3 subjects respectively. You can pause the classes during the school exams or during any vacations and resume after that.

Yes, you can request for a change in date/time/batch. We follow the below policy:

1: Few batches – One change allowed per quarter. Anything beyond once/quarter will incur an administrative fee of Rs.1000/-

1:1 batches – can be done as per parent’s convenience but we cannot promise the same teacher (unless the same teacher is available at the newly requested time/date)

Our entire effort would be to satisfy our customers without compromising student’s learning and provide an effective solution within 7 days of receipt of the request. However, to make the sessions most effective we would not recommend changes in date/ time /batch.
While we do ask that our students attend lessons regularly and avoid missing any so as to not break the flow of their learning, we do understand that sometimes this may not be possible due to health and other factors.

1: Few batches – Classes cannot be rescheduled. To ensure your child does not miss out on anything we will be providing you with a recording of the class your child has missed. This is a pre-recorded class created by a master teacher specifically to ensure that the child’s learning does not suffer

1:1 batches – Any classes cancelled 6 hours in advance will lead to these classes getting postponed to the next scheduled day.
While we do ask that our students attend lessons regularly and avoid missing any so as to not break the flow of their learning, we do understand that sometimes this may not be possible due to unavoidable circumstances. This is applicable for any cancellations which are for less than 6 consecutive lessons.

1: few batches – In case of unavoidable circumstances, parents can request to hold. Classes can be put on hold only post competition of a trimester. Your child can resume the classes on a time/date basis with the availability of ongoing batches. The same shall be discussed and mutually decided with the parent.

1:1 batches – In case of unavoidable circumstances, parents can request to hold. The parent can re-start classes 1 week after the request to re-join has been put in. However, the same teacher and time combination cannot be committed.
We understand your need to start the batch immediately post enrolment. And we shall make best of our efforts to start the same asap by providing you with a choice of multiple date/time options. However, in case the same does not fit in your preferred slots, we would request you to wait for not more than 10 days to provide you with your required time slots.

1: few batches –

EYBP: Batches start every Monday with Mon-Tue-Thu-Fri OR every Tuesday Tue-Wed-Fri-Sat

PYBP: Batches start every Monday with Mon-Wed-Fri combination and Tuesday with Tue-Thu-Sat combination

MYBP: Batches start every Monday with Mon-Tue-Thur-Sat OR every Tuesday Tue-Wed-Fri-Sat

(PS: Time to remain the same across the above chosen days. Different time across different days is NOT POSSIBLE)

1:1 Batch – We can provide flexibility in terms of the choices as per your time convenience. However, in the case of a specific teacher required, the same needs to be matched with the teacher’s availability.
All PTMs to be part of the programme calendar at the same date/time of their respective batches

– For PYBP and MYBP – First PTM to be conducted on the 7th / 9th session (in case the student has taken 4 classes/week in case of MYBP) followed by completion of each trimester

– For EYBP – First PTM to be conducted on the 9th session followed by completion of each trimester

– For Nursery – PTM to be conducted at the 17th, 33rd, 49th, 65th, 81st, and 97th sessions.

Student’s Progress Update is the most important process for the education journey of any student. We believe that report cards should be delivered on time, so we follow the given policy

In case of,

PYBP and MYBP- 

Report card 1 will be sent post completion of 12/16 sessions 

Report Card 2 will be sent post completion of 24/32 sessions 

Foundation Report card Final to be sent post completion of 36/48 sessions 

EYBP – 

Report card 1 will be sent post completion of 16 sessions

Report Card 2 will be sent post completion of 32 sessions 

Foundation Report card Final will be sent post completion of 48 sessions

Course completion certificates are essential for the education journey of any student.

In case of,

  1. PYBP and MYBP the Foundation Certification will be sent post completion of 36/48 sessions
  2. EYBP the Foundation Certification will be sent post completion of 48 sessions

We believe that parents are a very important part of each of our students’ journey at BeyondSkool. Given this, parent orientation becomes important. To ensure the most effective and efficient experience for all our parents, all orientations will be pre-recorded videos. For all batches:

  1. The video is sent as part of the onboarding mail
  2. RM to do a welcome call and explain the pointers about parent’s orientation

  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
