Dependence on just knowledge, concepts and theories is diminishing as the new-world requires newer skills of creativity, critical thinking, technology, digital literacy, communication. However, our education system has not changed for decades leading to this gap between what is required for new-world success and our children’s’ skills. We bridge the gap left by traditional schooling and complete each child’s education holistically.

What will you do in the role?

  • Deliver a strong pipeline of Strategic Alliances/partners that deliver the next level of growth for the Company in the US market. Conceptualize, execute and develop strategic alliances with communities, corporates, forums, platforms and influencers in the US market that will accelerate innovation and revenue growth across a range of ed-tech products of BeyondSkool.
  • Lead the Schools Acquisition initiative for BeyondSkool by building and acquiring relationships with global graduate schools as well as higher education contacts across the sector in the US market. You will enable dynamic market responses, internal project completion, and overall growth positioning for the company.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and build new strategic alliances and school acquisitions in line with business goals.
  • Plan approaches, pitches and own all business metrics and growth for the Alliances and School Acquisitions lines of business.
  • Assisting in drafting MOUs, contracts, partnership plans with respective partners.
  • Guide product management to deliver the right programs with these partners.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key executives and decision makers in the partners organization, with a primary focus on business expansion.
  • Build scale in business development by collaborating with internal stakeholders (product, operations, marketing and legal teams), closely working with the management team towards conceptualizing and building the right product strategies.
  • Grow the relationship and revenue potential with these strategic partners.
  • Deepen relations with partners by looking at opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify new areas of business growth by researching industry and related events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor’s activities.
  • Re-evaluating current approaches and suggesting and/or implementing new ideas, looking into the future to create innovative and unconventional solutions, and working with others to generate multiple ideas in a structured way.
  • Develop a feedback loop to ensure constantly improving experience for partners.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/MBA from a US University with Sales experience 5 years in preferably in consumer services / digital commerce industry.

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Action and detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Takes direction, documents expectations, then executes with minimal further direction.
  • Flexible, self-driven, and proactive.
  • Data driven and strong with numbers, pipeline conversion metrics and efficiency metrics.
  • Must have role aligned skills.
  • A consistent track record of signing partnerships across geographies and demonstrated history of exceeding given targets.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, and concisely.
  • Experience in business development or other entrepreneurial environment.
  • Prior experience in CRM, Salesforce would be an advantage.
