Imagination And Creativity
Story writing encourages kids to exercise their creative minds and practice using their imaginations. It improves their ability to come up with alternatives. This broadens their thought processes, which can lead to success in many areas, including problem solving and analysis.
Self-Expression
Children often have difficulty understanding and expressing how they feel. Through writing, children have a safe place to explore, and this can be a highly beneficial tool for expressing their feelings.
Self-Confidence
Writing gives children more opportunity to assert themselves and their opinions and develop their “voice.” These developments can really strengthen their self-confidence.
Persuasion Skills
A well-written piece involves a lot of thought, planning, organization, and use of language to get a point across. What great practice for kids at laying out their thoughts and trying to clearly convince someone of their point of view.
Megha Trivedi
Megha has worked in the aviation industry for four years with reputed airlines like Kingfisher and Indigo airlines. Subsequently, she did her B.Ed. And has worked with esteemed schools like Satluj Public School (Chandigarh) and Assam Valley School as an English teacher. In the latter, she has conducted speech classes for the year group 4-11, where she taught the art of public speaking. She has been working with Beyond school as a Leadership Communication teacher since April 15.
Pratisthita Raman
She has done an M.A. (English Literature) & B.Ed from MDU Rohtak university. Along with, she has completed her Montessori Teacher Training Course from GD Goenka University
She has 7 years of work experience as Montessori Teacher in different schools like Wonderland Early Learning Center, GD Goenka La’ Petite & Mothers Mount respectively. Her experience includes guiding students’ activities academically, emotionally, and physically in a prepared Montessori environment that helps each child to reach his/her full potential in all developmental areas, in accordance with Montessori philosophy and procedures. Additionally, using the school curriculum, Montessori albums, and contemporary research-based instructional practices to develop interdisciplinary units of instruction that meet both the group and individual requirements of students.
