The International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) is the most established of the International Science Olympiads and is a mathematical olympiad for pre-university students. The content goes from tricky variable-based math and pre-analytics problems to problems on parts of mathematics that are not commonly canvassed in optional or secondary school, and frequently not at the college level like projective and complex calculation, practical conditions, combinatorics, and solidly established number hypothesis which requires broad information on hypotheses.

The Science Olympiad Foundation has the International Mathematics Olympiad, a notable mathematics rivalry. The SOF IMO is an exam that surveys students’ mathematical knowledge and potential. Students who participate in the IMO can evaluate their classmates’ grasp of the subject and their capacity to solve different levels of sums on a school, local, zonal, and worldwide level.

The subjects and parts expressed in the prospectus of IMO 2022 for the two Levels I and II stay something similar, but the difficulty level increases. The International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) has two levels of contest. Set A of the IMO Level 1 exam will be on 10th November 2022, Set B on 22nd November 2022, and Set C on 13th of December 2022. The SOF IMO Level 2 test will be held probably in March. Only students in Classes 3 to 12 can take part in Level II.

Olympiad Exams are organized by different autonomous associations. Here is the list of renowned Olympiad Exam conducting organizations:

OrganizationNo. of Olympiads Conducted
SOF (Science Olympiad Foundation)5
CREST Olympiads (Online Olympiad Exams)6
Unicus Olympiads (Summer Olympiad Exams)5
Educational Initiatives (ASSET)3
Indian Talent Olympiad8
Humming Bird Education5
Eduheal Foundation5
Silver Zone Foundation7
Unified Council4

All IMO candidates should finish the International Mathematical Olympiad educational program. The IMO educational program helps familiarizes students with the different exam subjects. It gives them an early advantage in their IMO planning venture by following the different educational program which is trailed by CBSE, ICSE, and a few government exams. The educational plan subjects are unequivocally lined up with the educational program and students’ information. The latest IMO educational plan is capably evolved to foster a calculated way to deal with mathematical learning. It depends on essential mathematical standards and is designed to evaluate students’ knowledge of all the topics.

This can assist students with getting ready sufficiently for their upcoming exams. Maths as a subject essentially helps in building the scientific and problem-solving skills of students. Essentially, with Maths Olympiad, these skills get a lift and students can test their analytical abilities.
